Concrete for floating city scenario : Light-weight and high density concrete study | Research

This is a light-weight and high volume of concrete cube for floating city scenario. A piece of foam was inserted into the concrete cube. With the light-weight of foam and Archimedes principle, the concrete cube can be floated. In order to increase the shielding rate, structural superiority and durability, cement was compressed before casting to become a high-density concrete. This is the first prototype for the floating city scenario.
